Free shipping applies to every UK order, with no minimum spend. Processing takes 1-2 business days and transit takes 5-8 business days, giving a total of 6-10 business days. Our voluntary return period is 30 calendar days from delivery, alongside your UK statutory rights. Size or colour exchanges are free within 30 calendar days of delivery. Email us with your order number and preferred replacement. We reserve and dispatch the replacement as soon as the exchange is registered, before your original item arrives back. Onellia pays both the return postage and the replacement delivery. If the requested option is unavailable, we let you know and arrange a refund instead.
